When approached by anyone concerning a drone task, we aim to react and deliver in the shortest possible time frame. Please do not confuse speed for shortcut though, as we are absolutely fastidious in every building block of each allotted task. Safety is never compromised for speed, and efficiency does not mean taking an age to deliver on a task. Our only parameter is the weather, which is something we cannot control, but we will look to inform the client as soon as we know we can fly. We have pilots available every day of the week, locally and nationally, so your task should be delivered in terms of days and not weeks.

Reliable

We aim to provide a reliable, quality service from the first contact until the final goodbye, and everything in between. We aim to be fully transparent when dealing with client expectations and will always allow full inspection of any imagery by the client upon task completion. Timekeeping will be strictly adhered to, and we aim to be always 10 mins early to every appointment we make.

Safe

SAFETY, SAFETY, SAFETY is our ethos and was brought over from our owner’s former work as a national Emergency Service drone instructor and current work as an RAE flight assessor. Our day to day operations are based around multiple risk assessments and safety protocols, ensuring any task is delivered with safety as the primary objective. XES Drones hold full Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Operational Authorisation for using drones in a commercial environment, in addition to full public indemnity insurance up to the sum of one million pounds. All pilots have substantial drone experience, most of which has been achieved in the challenging area of Emergency Service work, but where safety is paramount and comes before everything else.
